Where do your booster boxes come from?

Every booster box sold by PokeStore is sourced exclusively through verified, authorized global wholesale distributors. We do not purchase from secondary markets, private sellers, or unverified third parties. This direct-to-consumer distributor model allows us to pass genuine wholesale savings to our buyers while maintaining an unbroken chain of custody from manufacturer to your door.

Are your products 100% authentic?

Absolutely. Every product we carry is officially licensed Pokémon TCG product sourced through legitimate distribution channels. Factory shrink-wrap is inspected and confirmed intact before every single shipment leaves our facility. We have a zero-tolerance policy for tampered or compromised product.

Are the packs weighed or searched?

Never. PokeStore operates a strict zero-tamper policy. Packs are never weighed, searched, or handled beyond what is required for secure packaging. The factory seal you receive is the factory seal that left the production line.

How long does shipping take?

Because we source directly through wholesale distributors to bring you the best possible pricing, standard delivery takes 7–14 business days. This direct-to-consumer distributor model is how we are able to offer competitive pricing on premium sealed product. Every order is dispatched with insured, tracked shipping so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, always. Every single order is shipped with a premium tracked and insured service. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Is my order insured?
